Case Study: Unifying the Settings Page for Business Management

Our platform's initial design scattered critical business settings across the dashboard, causing inefficiencies. Key features like Employee Management, Payment Notifications, and Settlement Accounts were difficult to locate, leading to user frustration and longer onboarding times.

The fragmented layout also hindered engagement with advanced features such as API Keys and USSD & Programmable Services. Hidden within complex menus, these powerful tools were underutilised, limiting the platform's ability to streamline business operations effectively.

The scattered placement of business settings across different sections created significant usability issues. Users struggled to find and manage essential features, leading to increased support tickets and reduced platform adoption. This fragmentation particularly affected new users during onboarding and businesses managing multiple locations or employees.
